Tolino's Fuel Service is dedicated to keeping you fueled with heating oil, propane, kerosene, gasoline, and diesel fuel. We’re also proud to be the very first distributor of Valero fuels in Pennsylvania, supplying many Valero locations with top-quality gasoline.
Our family-owned business has grown over the years thanks to our strong community ties, dedication to quality service, and hard work. You can find our main office and bulk fuel storage facility on Flicksville Road in Bangor, Pennsylvania. We also operate loading facilities in Brodheadsville, Tatamy, and East Stroudsburg.

It all started in 1955 with a simple idea at a kitchen table in Flicksville, Pennsylvania. Carl Tolino, Sr. and his wife Frances decided to start a business that delivered heating oil to the community with…a personal touch. So, with just one delivery truck and word-of-mouth advertising, Tolino’s Fuel Service was born.
By 1972, their son Carl Jr. joined the business, bringing new energy and a vision for the future. In 1998 the family added propane delivery to the company’s product line. And to ensure reliability, it built a bulk propane storage facility, giving customers safe, plentiful, and secure fuel access.
Fast forward to today, as the company’s President and Owner, Carl Jr. has helped create hundreds of jobs, modernize its facilities, and expanded its fleet, its coverage area and product line. Tolino’s has also added gasoline delivery and service stations to its portfolio.
Tolino’s Fuel Service remains a locally owned, family-run business and is still dedicated to providing the same high-quality service and products that Carl Sr. and Frances envisioned at their humble kitchen table.
